About Our Membership

Our residency membership gives artists regular, exclusive access to Anjo Studio at the same time each week. It’s designed for musicians and creators who want a consistent, professional space to work on their music without the hassle of hourly bookings.

Payment Options

The membership fee for each 12-week term is to be prepaid in full prior to the first session.

After the membership form is completed, an invoice will be sent via email to finalise payment for the 12-week membership. Once payment is received, 12 weeks of recurring sessions will be reserved for the selected day and time.

At Anjo Studio’s discretion, members may request to pay in 2 or 3 scheduled instalments over the course of the term.

  • Installment plans must be approved in writing before the first session begins.

  • A small administration fee (5%) may apply to cover processing and scheduling costs.

  • Missed or delayed payments will result in suspension of studio access until the balance is settled.

The member remains responsible for full payment of the 12-week term once the agreement begins.

Terms & Booking policies

Our membership operates on a recurring weekly booking system. Once you sign up, the same day and time are reserved for you every week for 12 weeks. These policies help keep the schedule fair and consistent for everyone.

  • Exclusive access to the studio at the same time each week.

  • Cancellations or reschedules allowed up to 24 hours before the session with no penalty.

  • 6-digit studio access code active only during your reserved time.

  • Unnotified overtime billed at the standard hourly rate.

  • Members responsible for any significant damage caused by misuse or negligence.

  • No refunds once the term begins. Unused sessions may be credited toward future bookings or services within 6 months.

  • 1. Respectful Conduct
    Members and guests must treat the studio, staff, and other users with respect at all times. Discriminatory, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Repeated disrespectful conduct (verbal or physical) may result in immediate termination of membership.

    2. Punctuality & Session Management
    Members must start and finish sessions at the booked time. Unnoticed overtime beyond the reserved slot will be invoiced at the hourly rate. Repeated late departures may lead to loss of booking privileges.

    3. Studio Care & Cleanliness
    The studio must be left in a clean and organised condition after each session. Food and drink are allowed, but please avoid placing beverages near audio gear. Any spills or damage must be reported immediately to studio management.

    4. Equipment Use
    Treat all instruments, mics, and recording gear with care. Members are liable for significant damage caused by negligence or misuse. Do not reconfigure or move major studio equipment (audio interface, monitors, cables) without permission.

    5. Access & Security
    The 6-digit access code is personal and non-transferable. Members may bring guests, but they must remain under the member’s supervision at all times.

    6. Noise & Neighbour Consideration
    Keep sound levels within reasonable limits, particularly during night sessions. The studio is sound-treated but located within a mixed-use area — please respect our neighbours.

    7. Illegal or Unsafe Activity
    Strictly no smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the studio. No actions that could endanger property or people (tampering with wiring, unsafe setups, etc.) Breach of these terms results in immediate termination.

    • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within this timeframe will result in no refund

    • Refunds may be considered, subject to the studio's discretion, for cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice.

    • Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to studio availability.

    • No-shows are charged the full booking amount. Late arrivals do not extend the booked time; the full amount is charged.

    • The studio may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, offering an alternative booking or full refund.

    • During special events, policy variations may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
